Enrollment Dates and Forms

Applications for the 2008-9 academic year will be available on-line May 1st.

If you prefer a hardcopy application be mailed to your home address, either email us at director@palmettoha.org with your mailing address or call our office at 803-285-3916 and leave your address. Application packets will be mailed June 1, 2008.

New Members

  • Kindergarten only

    • $25

  • 1 student (1st-12th grade)

    • $50 New Members applying 2007-2008

  • 2 or more students (K -12th grade)

    • $75 New Members applying 2007-2008

  • Save $10 by enrolling online (kindergarten excluded)

Returning or Renewing Members

  • Kindergarten only

    • $25

  • 1 student (1st-12th grade)

    • $50 -- if paperwork/payment postmarked by August 1

    • $75 -- if paperwork/payment postmarked after August 1

  • 2 or more students (K -12th grade)

    • $75 -- if paperwork/payment postmarked by August 1

    • $100 -- if paperwork/payment postmarked after August 1

  • Save $10 by enrolling online (kindergarten excluded)

We offer two methods of enrolling:
